You will need
- Highball glass
- Cocktail strainer
- Cocktail sieve
- Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Double strain through a cocktail strainer and sieve into an Highball glass filled with new ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a candied lemon wedge (optional).
