Tomorrow's Martini

The ideal cocktail to start a day with. Treat yourself to a luxurious brunch! It’s made with Pur Vodka Série Autographe Edition 02, champagne, pear and cognac liqueur and Pineau des Charentes, and is served with a brioche bread.

Ingredients

  • ½ oz of Pur Vodka Série Autographe Édition 02
  • ½ oz of pear and cognac liqueur, Belle de Brillet
  • ½ oz of Pineau des Charentes Château de Beaulon Vieille Réserve Or 10 years
  • ½ oz of fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz of Taittinger champagne
  • Garnish : grapefruit peel, brioche bread with honey, lemon and saffron marmalade.

You will need

  • Martini glass
  • Shaker
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Cocktail sieve
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  • In a shaker filled with ice, incorporate all ingredients except the champagne and the garnishes and shake vigorously.
  • Double strain into a martini glass.
  • Top with champagne.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit zest and a grilled brioche bread with a honey, lemon and saffron marmalade on top.
