Tomorrow’s martini

INGREDIENTS
- ½ oz of Pur Vodka Série Autographe Edition 02
- ½ oz of pear and cognac liqueur Belle de Brillet
- ½ oz of Pineau des Charentes Château de Beaulon Vieille Réserve Or 10 ans
- ½ oz of fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz of champagne Taittinger
- Garnishes: grapefruit zest, brioche bread and honey, lemon and saffron marmalade.
PREPARATION
- In a shaker filled with ice, incorporate all ingredients except the champagne and the garnishes and shake vigorously.
- Double filter in a martini glass.
- Fill the glass with champagne.
- Garnish with a grapefruit zest and a grilled brioche bread with a honey, lemon and saffron marmalade on top.
NOTE
It’s the perfect cocktail to start the day right over a boozy brunch.
