The White Moustache

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz of Pur Vodka Série Autographe Edition 02 
  • ¾ oz of chaï syrup 
  • ¾ oz of fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz of egg white
  • Apple cider to fill the glass 
  • Garnish: white chocolate tile with honey cell pattern

PREPARATION

  • In a shaker filled with ice, incorporate all ingredients except the apple cider and the garnishes and shake vigorously.
  • Remove the ice from the shaker. 
  • Shake vigorously without the ice. 
  • Serve in a glass, Collin type. 
  • Fill the glass with apple cider. 
  • Garnish with a white chocolate tile with honey cell pattern.

NOTE

This cocktail is a variation of the Collin, for a perfect blend of apple and honey.
