The White Moustache

INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz of Pur Vodka Série Autographe Edition 02
- ¾ oz of chaï syrup
- ¾ oz of fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz of egg white
- Apple cider to fill the glass
- Garnish: white chocolate tile with honey cell pattern
PREPARATION
- In a shaker filled with ice, incorporate all ingredients except the apple cider and the garnishes and shake vigorously.
- Remove the ice from the shaker.
- Shake vigorously without the ice.
- Serve in a glass, Collin type.
- Fill the glass with apple cider.
- Garnish with a white chocolate tile with honey cell pattern.
NOTE
This cocktail is a variation of the Collin, for a perfect blend of apple and honey.
