Thaï Mule
With its aromas of ginger and cilantro, the Thai Mule cocktail is a thai version of the classic Moscow Mule.

Ingredients
Cocktail:
- 1 ⅔ oz of Pur Vodka
- ⅔ oz of lime juice
- ⅔ oz of cilantro syrup*
- Ginger beer
- Garnish: Cilantro leaf
Cilantro syrup:
- 500 ml of simple syrup
- 50 g of fresh cilantro
You will need
- Highball glass
- Bar Spoon
- Ice
- Blender
- Cocktail sieve
Preparation
Cocktail
- Add all ingredients to a Highball glass, filled with ice.
- Stir gently with a bar spoon.
- Garnish with cilantro leaf.
Cilantro syrup:
- Mix ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a cocktail sieve.
- Bottle and store in the refrigerator.
