Thaï Mule

With its aromas of ginger and cilantro, the Thai Mule cocktail is a thai version of the classic Moscow Mule.

Ingredients

Cocktail:

  • 1 ⅔ oz of Pur Vodka
  • ⅔  oz of lime juice
  • ⅔  oz of cilantro syrup*
  • Ginger beer
  • Garnish: Cilantro leaf

Cilantro syrup: 

  • 500 ml of simple syrup
  • 50 g of fresh cilantro

 

You will need

  • Highball glass
  • Bar Spoon
  • Ice
  • Blender
  • Cocktail sieve

Preparation

Cocktail

  • Add all ingredients to a Highball glass, filled with ice.
  • Stir gently with a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with cilantro leaf.

Cilantro syrup:

  • Mix ingredients in a blender until smooth. 
  • Strain the mixture through a cocktail sieve.
  • Bottle and store in the refrigerator.
