Honeylicious and Pearfect
- 1½ oz of Pur Vodka Série Autographe Edition 02
- 2 oz of pear nectar
- ½ oz of fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz of honey syrup (2 parts of honey for 1 part water)
- ½ bar spoon (2 mL) of truffle oil
- Garnish: mint leaves
YOU WILL NEED
- Highball glass
- Cocktail strainer
- Ice spear (or ice cubes)
- For the honey syrup, heat in a pot 500 mL of honey and 250 mL of water until homogeneity. Don’t boil. Let chill and keep in a fresh place.
- Build the cocktail in glass with the ice spear.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
