You will need
- Champagne flute
- Cocktail sieve.
- In a shaker, mix in the Pur Vodka, peach nectar, mint and bitter dashes.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Filter through a fine strainer and sieve into a pre-cooled cup.
- Top with Prosecco Santa Margherita.
- Garnish with peach and mint.
