Happy Hour is a Pur Vodka cocktail in collaboration with Lise Watier. It is composed of peach nectar and mint leaves.
You will need
- Champagne flute
- Cocktail strainer
- Cocktail sieve
- In a shaker, mix Pur Vodka, peach nectar, mint and bitters.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Double strain through a cocktail strainer and sieve into a pre-cooled flute.
- Top with Prosecco
- Garnish with slices of peach and a mint
