- 1 ¼ oz of Pur Vodka
- ½ oz of St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz of raspberry jam
- ½ oz of fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 5 whole fresh raspberries
- Garnishes: raspberries, thyme and candies
You will need
- Cocktail sieve
- Cocktail strainer
- Coupe glass
- With some lemon juice, frost the rim of the glass with candies.
- Put all ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Double strain through a cocktail sieve and strainer into a cooled glass, without ice .
- Garnish with raspberries, thyme and candies .
