Bloody basil caesar

A refreshing twist by Pur Vodka on the classic Bloody Caesar cocktail, with basil, salametti and Firebarns hot sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Pur Vodka
  • 4 oz of tomato and clam juice
  • ½ oz of sweet pickle juice
  • ½ oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 2 drops of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 drops of Firebarns (or Tabasco) hot sauce 
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 slice of salametti (Fantino&Mondello Cacio e Pepe
  • To taste, maple and pepper spices

You will need

  • Old Fashioned glass
  • Ice cubes
  • Bar spoon
  • Muddler

Preparation

  • Rim the glass with the lemon wedge and dip in Maple Pepper Spice.
  • Place the lemon juice and basil in the glass and muddle
  • Add the rest of the ingredients (except the Salametti) and the ice cubes
  • Mix with the bar spoon
  • Garnish with a basil leaf and a slice of Fantino&Mondello Salametti Cacio e Pepe.
